Novak: Vnesheconombank accords €2 billion loan to Iran's Central Bank

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that Vnesheconombank and the Central Bank of Iran are currently preparing an agreement on a 2 billion euro loan.

In addition, he noted that the two sides are still interested in the implementation of the 'oil-for-goods' program, as well as discussing the introduction of mutual settlements in national currencies.

According to experts, Russia and Iran can increase trade turnover to $10 billion in the short term.
