Philip Nobel: I have strong confidence in modern Azerbaijan

Philip Nobel, the great-grandson of Alfred Nobel, who paid a visit to Moscow in order to participate in the Week of Azerbaijan at the MGIMO, said in an interview with a VK correspondent that he had strong confidence in modern Azerbaijan: its opportunities and prospects. 

According to him, the Azerbaijani government will cope with the economic situation. Philip Nobel recalled that the country "had problems in the past," but they have been successfully resolved. "So I have a very positive mood,’'  he said. 

"Sooner or later we will succeed in Azerbaijan, the ‘cradle’ of the Nobel family," the head of the Nobel Academy said, speaking about prospects of cooperation of his family with Azerbaijan.

"This is my dream and I intend to implement it,’’ Philip Nobel concluded.
