Kadyrov urges eyewitnesses to stop filming fatal road accidents

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has urged people in the republic to refrain from recording videos of fatal accidents and other emergency situations based on people's tragedies.

"It is an immoral, blasphemous, inhumane phenomenon, which should not exist in our society " Kadyrov's press service cites him, Tass reports.
