President of Azerbaijan meets President of Iran

On Wednesday Baku held an official welcoming ceremony for the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. A guard of honour met him on a square decorated with the national flags of both countries. The head of the guard of honour reported to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Ilham Aliyev heartily welcomed his guest.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was acquainted with officials of Azerbaijan and President Ilham Aliyev was introduced to members of the Iranian delegation.
