Russian ministers to complete qualification training courses in Singapore

The Public government is to organize courses for Russian ministers and their deputies in Singapore in 2016, where officials will complete courses of the best international practices of public administration.

 This statement was made by the Minister for the Public Government Mikhail Abyzov.
