Naryshkin: real substitution is impossible without innovations

''It is necessary to use innovative approaches in order to achieve real import substitution,'' the speaker of the lower house of parliament Sergey Naryshkin said, speaking at a meeting of a working group under the Chairman of the State Duma's legislative initiatives in the innovation policy.

"Innovative approaches are necessary for real import substitution, which today have become one such important direction of the anti-crisis plan and policy," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
