Ukraine refuses Russian assistance in repairing Crimean power lines

The Ukrainian side has refused help from Russia in restoring the power supply to Crimea, and it will carry out repairs on its own.

"Russia offered its assistance to Ukraine, but they refused it. Contacts are maintained constantly. Ukraine will eliminate the consequences on its own,’’ Tass reports.

"The Ukrainian authorities are interested in the restoration of the power supply,’’ the head of the information policy of the NEC ‘Ukrenergo’ Zinovy Butso said today.
