Medvedev, Sargsyan discuss prospects of Nagorno-Karabakh settlement

the Nagorno-Karabakh problem, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said
at a meeting with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev, News
Armenia reports, citing the press-service of Sargsyan.
Sargsyan is on a visit to Moscow. He said that Russia has always been
playing a positive role in the Caucasus and expressed gratefulness to
Medvedev for efforts in mediating and expressed hope for a positive
result.
The Armenian president also emphasized the importance of regular
bilateral relations that allow the sides to come to agreements on the
main issues concerning Armenian-Russian ties.
Medvedev agreed with the importance of bilateral meetings. He said
that it is an opportunity to compare notes on bilateral issues,
regional issues, the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement and intentions for
the future.
