Moscow expresses official protest to Turkish military attaché

Russia has expressed an official protest to the military attaché of Turkey over the shooting down of the Russian Su-24 aircraft, the press service of the Defense Ministry reports.

"Now the Russian Defense Ministry is developing a set of measures to respond to such incidents," Tass cites the source.

The ministry explained that the military operation against terrorists in Syria will continue. The actions of the Turkish aircraft were described as an unfriendly act.
