Petersburg holds international festival 'Lezginka on the Neva'

This evening St. Petersburg will host the first international festival-competition 'Lezginka on the Neva'. It was organized by the 'Cultural Center of Peoples of the Caucasus' with the assistance of the representative office of Dagestan in St. Petersburg.

The festival will be held for two days, it will feature dance groups and performers of six age groups from different regions of Russia, the far and near abroad. A jury will choose the best performances and artists in six categories. Workshops and round tables are also planned, RIA Dagestan reports.
