Zakharova refutes Turkey's statement about the meeting of Lavrov and Cavusoglu

Foreign Ministry official representative Maria Zakharova stated that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov did not agree on a meeting with his Turkish counterpart during a telephone conversation.
