Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will arrive in Belarus on an official visit on November 27-28 to hold talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in narrow and expanded formats, the press service of the Belarusian president said.

The previous meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan and Belarus was held in Baku in June, when Lukashenko was in Azerbaijan on a working visit, during which he attended the opening ceremony of the First European Games, RIA Novosti notes.

The Belarusian-Azerbaijani business forum opened in Minsk yesterday. The opening ceremony was attended by the Belarusian Minister of Industry Vitaly Vovk and the Minister of Economy and Industry of Kazakhstan, Shahin Mustafayev

Mustafayev said that relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus are developing successfully. "Our two countries have established the necessary legal and regulatory framework," he said, explaining that the two countries "have signed about 90 documents in various spheres."

The Minister of Industry of Belarus, in his turn, stressed the importance of business forums for expansion of cooperation between the two countries.
