Solution to the Yemeni problem is impossible without Iran, Yevseyev believes

The head of the SCO Department of the CIS Institute, an expert on military issues, Vladimir Yevseyev, said that a settlement of the Yemeni crisis is impossible without Iran's participation.  The expert believes that Russia, in turn, can become a moderator of the negotiating process.
