Week of Russian language in Abkhazia

22th to 25th of November will be a week of Russian language in Abkhazia, with events in the framework of the week taking place atthe Abkhazian State University and the School Number 3.

The series of events are aimed at popularising and promoting the study of the Russian language and strengthening its position as a basis for integration processes, Apsnyspress reports.

A Russian language study center will also be opened in Abkhazia.
