20 people rescued from burning platform in the Caspian Sea

According to the latest figures, 20 people were saved from the burning SOCAR platform in the Caspian Sea. Evacuation continues, but it is complicated by strong winds and high waves.

" There are no human losses, the entire staff is on the lifeboats at the sea. The evacuation is being implemented,’’ the special headquarters of EMERCOM reports.
