Yesterday, around 150 Turkish soldiers and 20-25 tanks arrived at the Ba`shiqah military base in Iraqi Kurdistan.

Earlier, on November 4th, Turkish Foreign Minister Feridun Sinirlioglu and the head of the Kurdish autonomy Massoud Barzani signed an agreement on this.

Prior to that, nearly 90 Turkish soldiers over two years trained Kurdish and other groups in Ba`shiqah, which is located 32 km from Mosul, Hurriyet Daily News reports.
