Roof in good condition repaired in Novocherkassk by mistake

Utility workers have carried out a capital repair of a roof which had been in good condition. 

A criminal case was initiated against the director of the city municipal services, UGA cites the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Rostov region.
