Iraq proposes airstriking Daesh together with Russia

A member of the Security and Defense Committee of the Iraqi Parliament Iskander Watut, has said that he would propose to the government to airstrike Daesh together with Russia to fight terrorism in Iraq.

"A meeting of the Committee, attended by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, is to take place soon. It is planned to propose  carrying out joint airstrikes together with Russia against Daesh in the fight against terrorism in Iraq," Gazeta.ru cites him as saying.
