Six refugees drown near Turkish coast of Izmir

Six people have drowned near the Turkish province of Izmir in the Cesme district due to their boat being shipwrecked on its way to Europe.

The Turkish Coast Guard received information about a shipwreck and sent rescuers to the scene. 

However, they managed to save only 8 refugees. 6 people drowned, 4 of them were children, News.am cites Anadolu.
