Zakharova: Daesh wants to open second front in Afghanistan

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Daesh is going to open a ‘second front’ in Afghanistan.

According to her, the Russian military campaign against terrorist organizations in Syria is forcing Daesh to re-orient toward Afghanistan to present itself as an effective military structure that can open a ‘second front’.
