Dvorkovich: we have no plans for moratorium on 'Plato' counters

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said that the government is not considering a moratorium on 'Plato' counters. According to him, now we need to discuss the problems of manufacturers, logistics companies and retailers and find quick solutions.
