Head of Kyrgyzstan calls Turkey and Russia to stop escalation in relations

Kyrgyz President, Almazbek Atambayev, has called to stop the escalation of tension in relations between Russia and Turkey, he told this on Saturday during the international conference ‘The Policy of Neutrality: International Cooperation for Peace, Security and Development."
