Russian State University for the Humanities to host a lecture by Hans Joachim Spanger

On November 24 the Russian State University for the Humanities will host a lecture given by the Director of the Peace Research Institute in Frankfurt, Hans Joachim Spanger, on democracy in post-Soviet countries. The lecture will take place  at 12:15 in room 250.
