Madat Guliyev appointed chief of Azerbaijani state security service

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to appoint Madat Guliyev the chief of the State Security Service.

Orkhan Sultanov was appointed the chief of the country’s Foreign Intelligence Service, Trend reports.
