Novak: OPEC doesn't regulate oil market anymore

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that he doubts there is a need to coordinate the actions of Russia with OPEC, since it is not regulating the oil market anymore.

According to him, an artificial increase in prices will cause "the greater production of US shale oil and this oil will get a larger market share".
