ISGS conference on Syria ends in New York

In New York a conference has ended of the International Support Group on Syria (ISGS), which was attended by the foreign ministers of 18 countries, including Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, US Secretary of State John Kerry, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and his Special Envoy for Syria Stefan de Mistura, representatives of the Arab League and the OIC.

Immediately after the conference there will be a meeting of the UN Security Council, which is expected to adopt a resolution strengthening the decision of the Vienna meeting of the group held on October 30th and November 14th, TASS reports.
