Kerry: In January a ceasefire can be declared in Syria

US Secretary of State John Kerry said that in January 2016 a ceasefire can be in Syria.

According to him, given the fact that the ceasefire is now enshrined in the UN Security Council resolution and supported by international law, everyone  understands that in January this agreement will be ‘on the table’ and a ceasefire regime can be applied fully.
