National Bank of Kazakhstan expects to reduce inflation in 2016

The National Bank of Kazakhstan expects to reduce inflation rate to 8% from 12% in the next year.

"Despite the fact that in 2016 inflation will remain at a high level, we expect that in the fourth quarter of next year a significant decline in inflation rate will take place, which will bring inflation to 8% in 2016," TASS cited the chairman of the bank, Daniyar Akishev, as saying.

The press service of the National Bank also said that inflation in November was 3.7%. The annual inflation reached 12.8%.
