Rouhani to visit Italy and France in late January

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will visit Italy on January 25-26 to hold talks with the Italian president Sergio Mattarella and Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, IRNA reports.

It is expected that the President  will be received by Pope Francis in Vatican.

Earlier, Iranian media reported that Rouhani will visit Paris on January 27-28, TASS reminds. 

Hassan Rouhani was to visit Italy and France on November 14-17, but the visits were postponed due to a series of attacks in Paris.
