Kadyrov hosts reception for Chechen graduates of European universities

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, held a reception at his residence for the university graduates, who, with the support of the republic's leadership, participated in the education abroad program in 2013-2015.

They received their diplomas from universities of Germany and Great Britain.

The Head of the Republic congratulated the 51 graduates on the completion of their studies and the beginning of a new stage in their lives.
