Media: Oil may fall to $15 due to speculators

Actions of speculators on the oil market may lead to prices falling to $15 a barrel, Bloomberg reports.

These concerns relate to the fact that, in terms of increasing quotas for the 'black gold' by the OPEC countries at the December meeting, the majority of traders continue to be bearish, RIA Novosti reports.
