Putin transfers oil company to Chechnya

Russian President Vladimir Putin, approved the transfer of the Chechenneftekhimprom oil company, which is controlled by Rosneft, at the request of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.

Kommersant reports with reference to the Ministry of Economic Development that the President's order and the draft documents were already submitted to the government.
