Three militants killed in Kabardino-Balkaria

Three militants were killed in a special operation in Kabardino-Balkaria.

"One of the militants was identified as a head of a local group, Tokhov Nasir (born in 1989), who returned from Syria in March," TASS cited a staff representative of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee as saying.
