Ilham Aliyev: citizens of Azerbaijan will remain at the center of the state policy

The Azerbaijani authorities will fulfill all the planned social programs in 2016 despite the level of oil prices, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev assured the audience at the opening of a new residential building for the visually impaired people in Baku today.

"Our citizens can be assured that there will be no reduction in the social sphere. Undoubtedly, the government agencies should work more effectively. There should be full transparency in the financial and economic spheres," Trend cites him as saying.
