Explosion occurs in Afghan mosque, injuring worshippers

An explosion occurred at a mosque in northwestern Afghanistan today, the Afghan agency Pazhwak reports.

The incident occurred in the province of Baghlan. An explosive device went off inside the mosque when worshippers were there. More than 10 people were injured, RIA Novosti reports.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet. Similar attacks were previously carried out by militants of 'Taliban' movement.
