Body of missing Azerbaijani oil worker discovered near coast of Turkmenistan in Caspian Sea

The body of one of the Azerbaijani oil workers who went missing in the accident that occurred in the 'Guneshli' field has been found near the coast of Turkmenistan in the Caspian Sea.

According to the press service of the Emergency Situations Ministry, as a result of search and rescue operations at a distance of 60 km from the coast of Turkmenistan, the ship 'Berkara' found the body of a man, which was later taken to the port of Turkmenbashi, Trend reports.

Using a retrieved passport, it was established that the body belongs to SOCAR employee Gasimov Iman Shura oglu.
