Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich believes that the reduction in investment in production will raise oil prices.

According to him, the decline in oil prices "cannot last for too long." The Deputy Prime Minister pointed out that "any company, any producing country can sustain such a low price for a certain number of months." "But then investment will inevitably decline, so there will be a decline in production and oil prices will rise," TASS cited Dvorkovich as saying.
