Ulyukayev promises oil prices at level of $50 a barrel in second half of 2016

Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexey Ulyukayev expects that oil prices will achieve the level of $50 a barrel in the second half of next year.

"A new balance of supply and demand should be found. I feel that the balance will be found in the second half of 2016. I think oil prices will be at the level of around 50 dollars a barrel,'' Tass cites his interview for Komsomolskaya Pravda.
