RF Justice Ministry proposes to deprive debtor of right to receive driving license

The Russian Ministry of Justice has prepared a draft decree with restrictions in respect of debtors of alimony and penalties.

In particular, they may be prohibited from receiving a driving license, Gazeta.ru reports.
