North Caucasus envoy calls for better spa resorts for unions

The Russian presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District has said it is necessary to carry out extensive repair work at spa resorts for trade unions across the region.

Alexander Khloponin also told students in Pyatigorsk that the current situation was unacceptable.
