New gas well launched at Garadagh

Today the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) announced the commissioning of a new well at the Garadagh field. According to the company, well №485 was drilled at the horizon VII.

Garadagh is now used as a gas storage facility. 55 thousand cubic meters of gas for use in the autumn-winter period will be pumped into the new well on a daily basis, Interfax-Azerbaijan writes.
