Aksenov: Crimean chemical giant to expand production

The head of Crimea, Sergey Aksenov, said that the largest plant on the peninsula, ‘Titan’, owned by the Ukrainian businessman Dmitry Firtash, plans to expand its production, building a new shop by raising funds from investors.
