Manat increases against US dollar in Azerbaijan for the first time since introduction of floating exchange rate

The national currency of Azerbaijan showed an increase against the US dollar for the first time since the country introduced a floating exchange rate of manat.

At the rate set by the Central Bank for January 13th, 1 dollar will cost 1.5682 manats. Thus, the dollar weakened against the manat by 0.0003 manats, or 0.02%, APA reports.
