No gas discount agreements with Belarus yet

Moscow and Minsk haven't managed to agree about a gas discount. The Russian party was headed by Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich. Belarus was represented by Vladimir Semashko.

"No information about the new date of the meeting,'' Russian Deputy Energy Minister Anatoly Yanovsky said. According to him, Moscow offered a 10% discount and Minsk presented a proposal with "absolute numbers" at the talks, RBC reports.
