Kadyrov helps Maskhadov's widow to return to Russia

The widow of Chechen separatist leader Aslan Maskhadov, Kusama Maskhadova, has returned to Russia. It is reported that the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, personally helped her.

''She was ill and wanted to return home. So I gave the order to make her passport and helped Maskhadov's wife to come back home. I helped her despite the fact that Maskhadov ordered me killed and his son still criticizes me. She is not guilty. She is a woman,'' the Chechen State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company cites Kadyrov as saying.
