President of Azerbaijan liquidates State Procurement Agency

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on liquidation of the State Procurement Agency.

Powers and functions, the agency's property was transferred to the civil service of the State Agency for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economy and Industry. The Cabinet and the Ministry of Justice were instructed to resolve issues following from the document, APA-ECONOMICS reports.
