Ulyukayev predicts decline of Russia's GDP by almost 4% in 2015

According to the preliminary statistics data, the decline of Russia's GDP last year will amount to slightly less than 4%, the Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev said.

"Rosstat gave us a preliminary estimate of 3.9%," Interfax quotes him as saying.

"I think it will be somewhere around 3.8-3.9%. So far there are no final figures,’’ the minister said.
