Bodies of dead Azerbaijani pilgrims returned to Baku

The bodies of five Azerbaijani pilgrims who died in a road accident in
Sivas (Turkey), have been returned to Baku, ANS reports.


They are Ahmedov Samed Nadir oglu, born 1982, Alidzhanova Gadzhihanym
Aliaga gyzy, born 1944, Bakhshaliyeva Solmaz Abuzar Gyzy, born 1941,
Dadasheva Zemfira Ganbar gyzy, born 1965, and Kerimov Magerram
Balababa oglu, born 1938.


16 pilgrims injured in the accident returned via plane. The gravely
injured ones remain in Turkey.


The accident happened in the village of Sharkyshla, in Sivas Province,
on November 23. Five people died, 27 were injured.


The accident was caused by rainy weather, Azerbaijani Authorized
Ambassador to Turkey Faig Bagirov said.


A driver lost control of a bus, the vehicle went off the road and turned over.
