Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan denies information about poor conditions in prisons

Penitentiary Service of the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan has denied information spread by a number of mass media about the alleged inadequate conditions in prisons in the country that provoke riots of prisoners.

"The living conditions and conditions of detention, as well as food intake in institutions for the sentenced and conditions in pretrial detention centres correspond the necessary quality,’’ 1news.az reports.
