Rouhani: our nuclear program should not be considered a threat anymore

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that Tehran’s nuclear program will not be considered under false pretexts as a threat to peace and security for the world and the region.

"Now the nuclear program is being regarded as a plan for scientific, technological, business, and economic interaction and cooperation," the ISNA agency cited him as saying.

Rouhani also noted that Iran’s nuclear program will be "a means of new technology on the path of progress of the nation and stability and regional security," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
